By downloading, installing, or using WiggleWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

WiggleWise is an educational flashcard application designed for toddlers and young children. The app provides interactive learning experiences through visual flashcards, audio pronunciation, and engaging content.

User Eligibility

WiggleWise is designed for children under the supervision of parents or guardians. By using the app, you represent that you are a parent or guardian, or have obtained parental consent to use the app.

Free and Premium Content

WiggleWise offers both free and premium content:

• Free Content: Limited number of flashcards per category
• Premium Content: Full access to all flashcards through in-app purchase

In-App Purchases

Premium content is available through in-app purchases:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Purchases are protected by a parental gate
• Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies

Acceptable Use

You agree to use WiggleWise only for its intended educational purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the app's functionality
• Share your purchase with unauthorized users

Intellectual Property

WiggleWise and all its content, including but not limited to images, text, audio, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
